Jay-Z will launch his new album, entitled 'Magna Carta Holy Grail' on the 4th of July, 2013. The rapper made the announcement in a three-minute commercial for Samsung cell phones that aired during the NBA Finals. Samsung is offering 'Magna Carta Holy Grail' free to a million Galaxy users 72 hours before its general release.
