Burberry Fresh Glow Luminous Fluid Base - Review

Last year Burberry introduced an excellent product, called Fresh Glow.  It is a primer, highlighter and moisturizer all in one, a versatile product that I constantly reach for.

This is how Burberry Fresh Glow is described:
  • All-in-one make-up and skincare product to moisturize and highlight
  • Innovative luminous fluid base for instant radiance
  • One shade perfects all skin tones
  • Apply as a moisturizer for a radiant glow or use as a highlighter.

"Burberry Fresh Glow is a lightweight, luminous fluid base that gives the skin a gentle fresh shimmer and sheer dewy finish. The unique pink color complements all skin tones and enhances the complexion for an effortlessly radiant, healthy look. The beautifying formula contains wild rose extract, which provides moisturizing benefits and regenerating properties. The skin is hydrated, protected and has a natural healthy glow. How to use: Apply Fresh Glow all over clean face for immediate, natural radiance. To perfect your complexion and give skin an added glow, mix Fresh Glow with your shade of Burberry Sheer Fluid Foundation. To highlight and sculpt the face, apply Fresh Glow over your makeup to cheekbones, bridge of nose and chin."

I can tell you that this one does everything it says on the tin. It is so easy to use and it gives a beautiful luminous effect, very subtle, to the point where I can wear it alone without any problem. Most of the times I apply it over my moisturizer for a radiant finish and I'm good to go (I don't wear foundation very often). You can of course wear it alone, mix it with your foundation or apply it before foundation as a primer. It can also be used as a very subtle highlighter. I have normal to dry skin (depending on season, it gets drier during winter) and this product does feel moisturizing and weightless at the same time. I can honestly tell you that it has become a staple in my makeup kit, I use it almost on a daily basis and I'm definitely going to repurchase.
