Julia Roberts in 'Snow White' Movie: First Look Photos

Julia Roberts plays the Evil Queen in the upcoming Snow White movie, to be released in spring 2012. Directed by Tarsem Singh, the film is "a dark twist on the classic fairy tale, in which Snow White and the seven dwarfs look to reclaim their destroyed kingdom."

Snow White is played by Lily Collins, The Prince by Armie Hammer and The King by Sean Bean. Check out the first look photos below.

“She’s the cat that ate the canary,” says director Tarsem Singh (The Cell, the upcoming Immortals). “From serial killers to anyone who does evil deeds, they basically have a devil-made-me-do-it excuse, or they hear voices,” he continues. “I decided for the evil queen, this is going to be a person who sees her [good] self — but there’s a mirror personality.”
