“I really wanted to work with Steve Carell. When I first moved to Los Angeles, I did a pilot. We both kind of had small parts,” Ryan Gosling recently told E Online about the unaired project. “I’d come to the set just to watch Steve work just because he was so funny,” he added. “If you need to laugh in a scene and you’re not in the mood, Steve’s got good go-to laughs.”
